2.1 The contract between us
Sound Control must receive payment of the whole of the price for the tickets that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
The prices payable for tickets that you order are as set out in our website.
2.3 Right for you to cancel your contract
2.3.1 We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled.
2.3.2 If an event is cancelled, the cost of the tickets will be refunded to the card or PayPal account used. The booking fee is non-refundable.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in this website remain our property. Any printing or storage by you of any of the information on this website must be for your personal use only.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be emailed to us at email@example.com, and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.

7. Third Party rights
